Do you need help? Below are the questions we are often asked. Maybe the answer to your question is among them; if not, send us an email on the contact page.

Is playing Solitaire at FreeSolitaire.com free?

Yes! On this website, you can play Solitaire instantly and entirely for free. There is no need for complicated registrations or payment methods. It is genuinely free.

Do you create the games for the website? Can I make a suggestion?

We make most of the games featured on our website ourselves. Sometimes we also use those from outside vendors with permission. Of course you can make a suggestion. As game creators and gamers, we always have an eye on what can improve our players' gaming and website experience. We are also interested in potential ways to expand our range of games. Is there a (card) game you love and want to see here? Let us know, and we'll see if we can expand our range to include this game.

Are Solitaire and the other games from FreeSolitaire.com also playable on a smartphone or tablet?

Of course! Naturally, all our games are responsive and playable on all devices and screen sizes. An automatic size adjustment will ensure that you don't have to zoom to get a good view. We don't want anything to hinder your gaming enjoyment! With this in mind, if you ever notice that Solitaire or another game isn't running correctly on one of your devices, just let us know! If you can detail the problem, we will do our very best to fix it for you. Chances are if you have a problem, others do too—and we do not want that!

Is Solitaire online safe to play here?

Yes, it is safe. You can play Solitaire, along with our other games, with no concerns about privacy or security. Our games can be played 100% safely, with no risk of malicious software or other problems. Fortunately, this is entirely possible today thanks to HTML 5, which has made significant advances in technology. Previously, online games often used Adobe Flash, which was prone to crashes, delays, and missing updates. Fortunately, HTML 5 exhibits none of these drawbacks and instantly displays every game well, regardless of the device. Also, since creating an account is not necessary to play here, you will not need to enter any personal data, therefore your identity and information can never be compromised or intercepted.

A game isn't working (properly). What should I do?

How annoying! While our games are extensively tested and should display well on virtually any device and in any browser, issues can happen. If something is awry with your game, it sometimes helps to try it in a different Internet browser. Some examples of alternative browsers include Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome.
